Dr. Sisselman seeks feedback from the group on the use of benzodiazepines versus SSRIs in this patient given her age and anxiety. Dr. Mary Kate Christopher then gives a didactic presentation on pharmacological management of anxiety. She discusses different anxiolytics including how to choose the right medication, safety considerations, and common patient questions and concerns.
