Meghan Kelly, MD, PhD, is helping provide critical orthopedic care to people around the world struggling with foot and ankle conditions. Dr. Kelly visited the Dominican Republic in April, where she used her knowledge and skills to help pave the way for visiting surgeons and staff to help orthopedic patients in the country.
