The Department of Psychiatry is hosting a half-day symposium on March 17 entitled Clinical Challenges in Inpatient Psychiatry. Join us to learn how to improve outcomes for highly complex patients in an inpatient setting, from leading experts nationwide including our own Antonia New, MD, moderated by Rajvee Vora, MD, Jan Schuetz-Mueller, MD, and Blake Rosenthal, MD. This activity is approved for 4 CME credits, and is free for trainees and Mount Sinai faculty and employees. Lessons can be applied directly in patient care to facilitate quicker recovery and reduced incidences of violence and suicide. Topics include intellectual and developmental disabilities, personality disorders, suicide, violence, and psychopharmacological challenges. We hope to see you there.
