Ash Tewari, MBBS, MCh, FRCS (Hon.), demonstrates a robot-assisted radical prostatectomy on a 49-year-old man whose MRI showed a 21cc prostate with a right peripheral zone lesion from the mid-gland to the base.
- Prostate biopsy: Gleason 6
- PSA: 5.5.

He had no history of other urological issues, but a first-degree relative had prostate cancer. Otherwise, he presented as healthy.
