Single-Cell Analysis of Crohn's Disease Lesions Identifies a Pathogenic Cellular Module Associated with Resistance to Anti-TNF Therapy.
The Mount Sinai IBD group identified two distinct patterns of expression in the ileum of Crohn's disease patients. One of these patterns we then associated with anti-TNF non-response, highlighting a potential new set of biomarkers to help in therapy selection in Crohn's disease.
