The Catherine and Henry J. Gaisman Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine, like the entire Mount Sinai Health System, is making concerted efforts to become an anti-racist institution. For the Division, that means taking a hard look at how it chooses fellows and interacts with the community.
